TexXport does not guarantee any specific pricing, and final prices are determined by manufacturers at the time of order confirmation. Currency exchange rates, raw material costs, labor costs, shipping rates, and market conditions may affect pricing at any time. Users assume all risk associated with currency fluctuations and price changes between quotation and final payment.
International trade is subject to evolving regulations, tariffs, duties, and compliance requirements. TexXport is not responsible for changes in trade policies, import/export regulations, customs procedures, or compliance standards that may affect transactions. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
TexXport does not verify, warrant, or assume responsibility for intellectual property rights related to designs, trademarks, patents, or copyrights of products sourced through our facilitation services. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that products do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Any disputes arising from intellectual property infringement are solely between the buyer, manufacturer, and relevant rights holders.
Nothing in these disclaimers or in any facilitation services provided by TexXport shall be construed to create an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between TexXport and any user, manufacturer, or third party. TexXport acts solely as an independent intermediary and does not have authority to bind, commit, or represent any party in commercial transactions.
By engaging with TexXport’s facilitation services, users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of international trade, including but not limited to: product quality variations, delivery delays, communication barriers, cultural differences, payment risks, and the challenges of cross-border commerce. Users assume full responsibility for conducting appropriate due diligence and risk assessment before entering into any commercial relationship.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these disclaimers or TexXport’s services shall be resolved through the following process:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USERS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST TEXXPORT. All claims must be brought in the user’s individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these disclaimers is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These disclaimers, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and TexXport regarding the use of our facilitation services. No oral or written representation, warranty, course of dealing, or trade usage not contained herein shall be binding on either party.
TexXport reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these disclaimers at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified disclaimers. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these disclaimers for updates.
These disclaimers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade practices and the laws of the jurisdiction in which any legal action is brought, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any disputes.
