While we verify manufacturers and govern compliance, ultimate responsibility for trade transactions rests with the contracting parties.

All content on the TexXport website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TexXport or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Business information shared through our platform, including pricing, production details, and trade negotiations, is considered confidential. Users agree not to disclose such information to third parties without appropriate authorization.
